Transferred via the No. 24 AT (Ambulance Train) and admitted to the No. 4 General Hospital in Camiers, France

Transferred to the No. 6 Convalescent Depot in Etaples, France

Transferred to the EORD (Eastern Ontario Regimental Depot) for pay purposes while in hospital

Transferred to the VAD (Volunteer Aid Detachment) Hospital in Crediton, Devonshire

Transferred to the Military Convalescent Hospital in Woodcote Park, Epsom

 

Feb 26, 1919

Discharged from hospital care and was transferred to the 6th Reserve Battalion in Seaford

Granted 10 days sick leave

Transferred to Military District No. 3 Wing in Kinmel Park, Rhyl pending return to Canada
