Disembarked in Glasgow, Scotland and proceeded to Seaford, England where the draft was absorbed into the 6th Reserve Battalion to continue training

Arrived at the CIBD (Canadian Infantry Base Depot) in Etaples, France and Taken On Strength of the 21st Battalion

After leaving the reinforcement camp, Private Ferguson joined the 21st Battalion at Fosseux, France as part of a draft of 11 reinforcements and was posted to “B” Company

 

Aug 8, 1918

During the liberation of the town of Marcelcave, France, Private Ferguson received a shrapnel wound to his right leg and was evacuated to the No. 1 CFA (Canadian Field Ambulance) for first aid before being transported to the No. 48 CCS (Casualty Clearing Station)

 

Aug 10, 1918

Transferred via the No. 14 AT (Ambulance Train) and admitted to the No. 12 USA General Hospital in Rouen, France

 

Aug 13, 1918

Transferred via the No. 8 Ambulance Train and admitted to the No. 72 General Hospital in Trouville, France

 

Sep 19, 1918

Transferred to the No. 13 Convalescent Depot in Trouville

 

Oct 19, 1918

Discharged from hospital care and reported to the Canadian Infantry Base Depot in Etaples, France

 

Oct 30, 1918

After leaving the base depot, he joined the Canadian Corps Reinforcement Camp in Aubin St. Vaast, France

 

Nov 2, 1918

After leaving the reinforcement camp, Private Ferguson rejoined the 21st Battalion in Aniche, France
