Invalided to England and admitted to the Fort Pitt Military Hospital at Chatham 

Posted to the NBRD (New Brunswick Regimental Depot) while in hospital

Transferred to the Moore Barracks Canadian General Hospital at Shorncliffe

Discharged from hospital to duty
