Arrived at the No. 2 CIBD (Canadian Infantry Base Depot) in Etaples, France and Taken On Strength of the 21st Battalion

After leaving the base depot, he arrived at the CC Rein C (Canadian Corps Reinforcement Camp) in Villers au Bois, France

After leaving the reinforcement camp, he joined the No. 2 CDRB (Canadian Division Railhead Battalion)

After leaving the railhead camp, Private Graham joined the 21st Battalion in Camblain L’Abbe, France

During the capture of Iwuy, France, Private Graham received shrapnel wounds to his arms and legs and was evacuated to the No. 9 CFA (Canadian Field Ambulance) for first aid before being transported to a casualty clearing station

Transferred to the No. 4 General Hospital in Camiers, France

 

Oct 16, 1918

Invalided to England aboard the Hospital Ship Ville de Liege

 

On arrival in England, he was admitted to the General Military Hospital in Edmonton, London

Transferred to the EORD (Eastern Ontario Regimental Depot) for pay purposes while in hospital

 

Jan 2, 1919

Transferred to the Military Convalescent Hospital in Woodcote Park, Epsom

 

Jan 13, 1919

Attached to the 1st CCD (Canadian Command Depot) in Witley for physical training and exercise

Granted 12 days sick leave

 

Feb 5, 1919

Discharged from hospital care and transferred to the 6th Reserve Battalion in Seaford

Transferred to Military District No. 3 Wing in Kinmel Park, Rhyl pending return to Canada
