Arrived at CIBD (Canadian Infantry Base Depot) in France and TOS the 21st Battalion

Left CIBD and joined the CC Rein C (Canadian Corps Reinforcement Camp)

Joined the 21st Battalion in the field 

He joined the Rear Party at Achicourt as part of a draft of 55 Other Ranks.  On the 29th, the Rear Party was moved to Arras to join the Battalion coming out of the front line after suffering many casualties

Pte Lajeunesse was overcome by a gas shell and admitted to #6 CFA (Canadian Field Ambulance) and transferred the same day to #1 CCS (Casualty Clearing Station) suffering from gas poisoning

 

Nov 19, 1918

Transferred via #30 AT (Ambulance Train) and admitted to No 56 General Hospital at Etaples

 

Dec 7, 1918

Invalided to England aboard the Hospital Ship Brighton

 

Posted to the EORD (Eastern Ontario Regimental Depot) while in hospital 

Admitted to the Beaufort War Hospital at Bristol

 

Dec 17, 1918

Transferred to the Canadian Convalescent Hospital at Bear Wood Park, Witley

 

Jan 5, 1919

On Command to 1st CCD (Canadian Convalescent Depot) at Witley

 

Feb 5, 1919

Ceases to be On Command and posted to the 6th Reserve Battalion at Seaford

 

Feb 15, 1919

Posted to MD3 at Rhyl pending return to Canada

 

Feb 25, 1919

Embarked the RMS Megantic at Liverpool

Disembarked at Halifax Nova Scotia and proceeded to Ottawa Ontario
