Arrived at the CIBD (Canadian Infantry Base Depot) in Etaples, France and Taken On Strength of the 19th Battalion

After leaving the base depot, he joined the CC Rein C (Canadian Corps Reinforcement Camp) in Aubin St. Vaast, France

While still at the reinforcement camp he was transferred to the 21st Battalion without having joined the 19th Battalion at the front

After leaving the reinforcement camp, Private Lottridge joined the 21st Battalion in the support line near Buissy, France

Admitted to the No. 4 General Hospital in Camiers, France with a diagnosis that reads an accidentally sprained back and foot

Invalided to England aboard the Hospital Ship Brighton

 

On arrival in England, he was admitted to the Fort Pitt Hospital in Chatham

Transferred to the EORD (Eastern Ontario Regimental Depot) for pay purposes while in hospital

 

Dec 6, 1918

Transferred to the Military Convalescent Hospital in Woodcote Park, Epsom

 

Dec 16, 1918

Attached to the 1st CCD (Canadian Command Depot) for physical training and exercise

Granted 10 days sick leave.  Address on leave 28 Engleville Rd., Woolwich

Discharged from hospital care and transferred to the 6th Reserve Battalion in Seaford
