Herbert Mainguy was involved in a car crash in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and taken to the Miami Memorial Hospital with serious head injuries.

 

Jul 9, 1913

Herbert Layton Mainguy died in hospital from the injuries received in the car crash and was buried in the Evergreen Cemetery, Fort Lauderdale, Florida

 

 An inquest ruled his death was “inevitable”.
