service on or about 2145 hours on May 8, 1919 at the Witley Camp, created a
disturbance by kicking at the door of the Witley Tobacco Stores endeavoring
to enter
2. Alternate charge of
While on active service on or about 2145 hours on May 8, 1919 joined in a
crowd which unlawfully entered the Witley Tobacco Stores and obtained tobacco
cigarettes.
He was found guilty of the 1st
charge and sentenced to 56 days detention
Transferred to the Eastern
Ontario Regimental Depot for records purposes while in detention
