Admitted to the No. 9 CFA (Canadian Field Ambulance) with a diagnosis that reads ICT (Inter Connective Tissue) infection in his right leg.  He was transferred the same day to the No. 1 CCS (Casualty Clearing Station)

Transferred via the No. 6 AT (Ambulance Train) and admitted to the No. 2 Australian General Hospital in Boulogne, France

Transferred to the No. 7 Convalescent Depot in Boulogne, France

Transferred to the No. 12 Convalescent Depot in Aubengue, France

 

Dec 23, 1918

Transferred to the No. 54 Central Military Hospital in Aubengue, France

Invalided to England aboard the Hospital Ship Cambria

 

On arrival in England, he was admitted to the Graylingwell War Hospital in Chichester

Transferred to the EORD (Eastern Ontario Regimental Depot) for pay purposes while in hospital

Transferred to the Princess Patricia Canadian Red Cross Hospital in the Cooden Camp, Bexhill and the diagnosis was changed to read Varicose Veins in the right leg
