wound to his head and was evacuated to the No. 5 CFA (Canadian Field
Ambulance) where he died as a result of his wounds. He was buried in the nearby Bedford House
Military Cemetery, Zillebeke, Belgium.

Powell, RR #3 Oshawa, Ontario
