Ø      “This patient has self centered delusions:  he imagines his blood vessels are ruptured and that he has many and varied diseases and complaints.  He apparently has hallucinations of touch, complains of headaches and dizziness.  Judgment and insight poor.”

Ø      Diagnosed as Dementia Praecox

Ø      Admitted to this hospital as a mental case

Ø      Disability declared to be 100% due to mental condition

Ø      If the mental condition clears up, his disability would be 30% due to wounds to arm and shoulder

Ø      His condition is thought to be permanent

Ø      He would not benefit from treatment, but must be maintained in hospital for Mental Cases

Ø      Recommended that he discharged from Army as Incurably Insane and placed in Category “E”
