Following evidence presented, and after witness testimony, Lance Corporal Strong was found Not Guilty of the charge and released to duty

His statement was that during Bayonet practice, he was struck in the left elbow, dislocating the elbow

Posted to the BCRD while in hospital.  X-Ray now shows partial fracture of radius near elbow with a small tear from the external condyle (a small muscle in the elbow joint)
