Sentenced to 5 days detention and forfeited 2 day’s pay for an unrecorded offence

Sentenced to 10 days detention for an unrecorded offence

Discharged from the 21st Battalion as “Undesirable”

 

Jul 31, 1915

Albert Earl Suddard was found in the bedroom of the murdered body of an 80 year old woman in Kingston and he was placed under arrest

 

Oct 8, 1915

Sentenced to 8 years in Federal Prison for Manslaughter and placed in the Portsmouth Penitentiary, now known as the Kingston Penitentiary

The 1921 Census shows Albert Earl Suddard as an inmate of the Kingston Penitentiary.  His wife Myrtle is shown as living in the Albion Hotel in Kingston.
