Arrived at the No. 2 CIBD (Canadian Infantry Base Depot) in Etaples, France and Taken On Strength of the 21st Battalion

After leaving the base depot, he joined the CC Rein C (Canadian Corps Reinforcement Camp) in Villers au Bois, France

After leaving the reinforcement camp, he joined the 2nd CDRB (Canadian Division Reinforcement Battalion)

After leaving the reinforcement battalion, Private Tripp joined the 21st Battalion in Ourton, France

Admitted to the No. 5 CFA (Canadian Field Ambulance) with a diagnosis that reads NYD (Not Yet Determined) Venereal Sore

Transferred to the No. 19 CCS (Casualty Clearing Station) and the diagnosis was changed to read Balanitis

 

Jun 17, 1918

Transferred via the No. 12 AT (Ambulance Train) and admitted to the No. 6 General Hospital in Rouen, France

Invalided to England aboard the Hospital Ship Panama

 

On arrival in England, he was admitted to the Military Hospital in Woking and the diagnosis was noted as Paraphimosis

Transferred to the EORD (Eastern Ontario Regimental Depot) for pay purposes while in hospital

Surgery performed to resolve the issue

 

Aug 13, 1918

Transferred to the Canadian Convalescent Hospital in Bearwood Park and the diagnosis reads Phimosis

Attached to the 3rd CCD (Canadian Command Depot) for physical training and exercise
