Discharged from the rest station and rejoined the 21st Battalion resting in Camblain L’Abbe, France

During the capture of Marcelcave, France, Private Wilson received a wound to his right foot and was evacuated to the No. 54 Field Ambulance for first aid

Transferred to the No. 5 Canadian Field Ambulance

After being discharged from the field ambulance, Private Wilson rejoined the battalion in the front line north of Chilly, France
